FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based out of Columbus Ga/ Phenix AL. Yes, I do travel but anything outside of the 25 miles radius it will be additional upcharge.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 2 weeks (sometimes less or more depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! If you have deadline of when you are needing images for specific date, please book your session two weeks or a month in advance to prevent delay. We try our best to meet all clients needs based on the order on which images were captured and finalized. In addition, for business purposed payment must be paid in full before receiving your online photo gallery.
How do I secure a session?
Session is secured with a 50% non-refundable retainer security deposit.

Will I receive a release form?
Yes, you will receive a model release form prior to your session. This form grants you the right to print and share the images for personal use. Signing the release is a necessary step before we book your session.
What does the model release allow me to do?
The model release will allow you to print, share, and post the images on personal social media accounts. However, it does not grant you the right to use the images for commercial purposes without obtaining additional permissions.
Can I use the images for business or commercial purposes?
If you wish to use the images for any business or commercial purposes, please reach out to discuss licensing options. An additional fee and a separate agreement may be required.
Are there any restrictions on using the images?
While you are free to share and print your images for personal use, you may not alter the images or claim ownership of the images. Additionally, commercial use without prior permission from me is prohibited.
How can I print the images?
You can print your images through any printing service or lab of your choice. I also recommend using professional labs for the best quality prints.
Will I receive digital copies of my images?
Yes, you will receive high-resolution digital copies of your images, which you can use for personal printing and sharing.
What if I want to use the images for promotional purposes?
If you wish to use the images for promotional purposes, such as on business websites or advertisements, please contact me to discuss licensing agreements and fees.
Can I share the images online?
Absolutely! You can share the images on social media or personal websites, provided you credit me as the photographer when possible.
What if I want to remove images from public access?
If you wish to have specific images removed from public access or my portfolio, please contact me to discuss your request. Please note that there may be a fee associated with this process, as it involves additional work to manage and remove the images from public view. I will provide details regarding the fee and the steps involved.
Can I purchase additional images in the future after my final images have been delivered?
Yes, you may purchase additional images within 30 days of receiving your image selections. After this 30-day period, unedited images are permanently removed from our storage system to make space for future client sessions. We recommend reviewing and selecting any extras you'd like to purchase as soon as possible to ensure availability.
